Victor Gluckin

Victor studied Judaic Studies and History at the University at Albany as well
as Theology at the Atlanta Bible College. During a period of time of intense
searching and studying, he began Higher Ground Online, an online resource for
others seeking to know more about the One God of the Bible and the gospel of
the Kingdom of God. He is currently an associate pastor in Rhode Island.
